03Use the first Crossroads returnTalk to every marked character, use the Altar and Silver Pool, confirm that the Cauldron is unavailable, then begin the second night with one material target.
04Use the second night to fund the first unlocksRepeat the safe Staff plan, collect 1 Moly for Night's Craftwork, and bring home the next Ash needed for The Sorceress or the Crescent Pick.
05Open the Cauldron on the second returnCheck the limited Cauldron reveal queue, brew Night's Craftwork when it is visible and affordable, then unlock the Crescent Pick from the Silver Pool tool tab.
06Buy the foundation, not the whole shopBuild the cheapest Arcana setup that adds survival, then fund only the Grasp and weapon purchases that support the next clear attempt.
07Open the systems that prevent wasted runsUnlock resource detection, gathering, the Broker, the garden, the Fated List, and useful wells before convenience purchases.

Earn the first clear

Assemble one reliable run instead of chasing a perfect one.

Chapters 8–11

08Assemble the first clear buildUse the Witch's Staff and one ranged Special build from the first room to the final guardian.
09Make every night productiveUse one pre-run, in-run, and post-run routine until ordinary rooms stop draining the resources needed for guardians.
10Repair the first-clear setupKeep the Staff plan and repair one missing permanent, Boon, Keepsake, or reward layer at a time.
11Finish one route and process the returnClear the route, then handle every new conversation, recipe, objective, and resource use before changing goals.

Chapters 12–16

12Open and survive the SurfaceOpen the Surface, learn its separate progression chain, and remove the escalating ward damage before treating it as a normal route.
13Meet every god and field ally when their gate opensComplete the god roster in progression order and recognize which region can offer each field ally before planning a run around them.
14Unlock every weapon without wasting rare materialsOpen all six weapons, reveal aspects, then finish one reliable aspect before spreading Nightmare across side builds.
15Connect the permanent combat systemsBuild Arcana, Keepsake, Familiar, and Hex choices around the selected aspect instead of treating each system as a separate tier list.
16Plan Boons without chasing them blindlyBuild from the move the aspect uses most, then add status, elements, Infusions, Duos, and Legendaries only when their prerequisites reinforce it.

23Complete the Fated List in efficient batchesFinish every Fated List prophecy by grouping compatible objectives and using each prophecy page for its reveal, completion, reward, and blockers.
