Why it is rated B

B

Tropical Cyclone is a duo Boon from Apollo and Demeter. Duo effects usually add a high-impact interaction without replacing a functioning main Boon slots.

Use it when: Take it when the existing build already satisfies its prerequisite path.
Limit: It is too prerequisite-dependent to be the starting plan of an unseeded run.
If it is absent: Keep improving the stronger prerequisite boon if the Duo never appears.
