Why it is rated C

C

Tall Order is a infusion Boon from Hermes. An active Infusion can be efficient because existing elemental choices pay for the effect.

Use it when
Take it only when the current element count already reaches or can reliably reach its threshold.
Limit
Without the threshold, the pick contributes no dependable immediate value.
If it is absent
Choose a boon that works immediately and preserve only elements already supporting the main build.
