Why it is rated C

C

Proper Upbringing is a infusion Boon from Hera. An active Infusion can be efficient because existing elemental choices pay for the effect.

Use it when: Take it only when the current element count already reaches or can reliably reach its threshold.
Limit: Without the threshold, the pick contributes no dependable immediate value.
If it is absent: Choose a boon that works immediately and preserve only elements already supporting the main build.
