Why it is rated S

S

All Together is a build-capstone Legendary Boon from Hera. Its offer already proves the prerequisite package is present.

Use it when
Take it when offered unless it conflicts with the build's active attack pattern.
Limit
Its prerequisites make it unreliable to chase, but that availability cost does not reduce its pick value once offered.
If it is absent
Take immediate scaling or defense rather than spending the run chasing its final prerequisite.
